Starting Tuesday Sept 7th at 7:30pm:

Mariah’s Hatha Level 1 with Reflective Writing

For the month of September Mariah will be adding a reflective writing component to her Hatha Level 1 class on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm. To achieve maximum benefits of the writing element attendance to all 4 classes would be ideal, however it is not absolutely necessary. Bring a pen and a notebook. See you there!

In terms of classes being offered for September, the schedule will be the same as it has been all summer. If you have a schedule that says Summer on it, please keep using that one for September.
