As we begin a new season, things have slowed down a little,
the weather is changing each day and hopefully this means more time to focus on yourselves and your practice. Here is our new Fall drop in schedule. We have added a few morning classes and rearranged a few of the evening classes to accommodate the daylight changes and varied schedules. I hope their is something for everyone, see you soon!
Coastal Bliss Yoga – Fall 2010 Schedule -begins Friday October 1st, 2010 – last revised Sept 25th
Class Changes this month:
Sarah Platenius will not be teaching at the Studio in the upcoming schedule. Good luck to you Sarah, we will miss you!! Please see Post below for a note from Sarah.
Saturdays 9-10:30am will be a mixed level Flow class with Mariah
Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm Community Yoga
Mariah’s level 1 Hatha class will be moved to Sundays at 5pm
Mariah’s level 1 Ashtanga class will be moved to Thursdays at 4:30pm
New Classes:
Community Yoga – Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm. This class is open to everyone and will be taught by different teachers. It will give students a chance to try different teachers, each bringing a slightly different teaching style to their students. It is based on a sliding scale of $5-$10, pay what you can! First class October 5th taught by Pascale.
Nidra iRest -Fridays 4:00-5:00pm. Yoga Nidra iRest. A guided meditation, a journey through the senses. Traditionally known as “Yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra is an Integrative restorative practice of unfolding into PURE AWARENESS.

Tuesdays 6:30-8pm Mixed Level Anusara-Inspired with Natalie
Thursdays 8-9:15am Morning Vinyasa with Pascale
