Coastal Bliss ~ Tofino's Yoga Studio

Thanks to Natalie Rousseau for holding the space last week for Meditation. Tracy will be away for the next 2 sundays. Meditation will run at the same time 9:30-10:30am by donation with these changes:

Instructor Change: Sunday September 26th 9:30am Meditation – Liz Zed will be holding the space for group meditation.

Instructor Change: Sunday October 3rd 9:30am Meditation – Dionne Dempfle will be subbing for Tracy with Yoga Nidra iRest. A guided meditation, a journey through the senses. Traditionally known as “Yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra is an Integrative restorative practice of unfolding into PURE AWARENESS.

Because the Ashtanga Workshop is canceled this weekend, Meditation will be running as scheduled on Sunday Sept. 19th 9:30-10:30am. Tracy will be away, Natalie with be filling in.

Most of our ongoing yoga classes will be canceled this weekend due to a Doula Workshop

Starting Tuesday Sept 7th at 7:30pm:

Mariah’s Hatha Level 1 with Reflective Writing

For the month of September Mariah will be adding a reflective writing component to her Hatha Level 1 class on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm. To achieve maximum benefits of the writing element attendance to all 4 classes would be ideal, however it is not absolutely necessary. Bring a pen and a notebook. See you there!
