Mixed Levels Vinyasa Flow:

Mixed level vinyasa classes will move at a steady pace and will include intermediate level poses. Modifications will be offered to suit varying levels of practitioners. Focus is on breath synchronized movement to encourage greater body awareness and increased energy.

Mixed Levels Power Flow:

Power yoga is a fun and vigorous style of yoga that is taught in a continuous flow style to increase energy and vitality while building strength and stamina. The emphasis on breath initiated movements helps to cultivate greater focus and attention while the mindful progression of postures allows for deeper opening and increased flexibility. This class is open to mixed levels but may not be suitable for the absolute beginner due to it’s faster pace. Modifications will be offered to suit individual students where possible while allowing everyone to move together as a group.

Mixed Levels Anusara-Inspired™:

Anusara Yoga is a system of Hatha Yoga that combines asana technique, yoga philosophy and good company. A fun, heart-felt and often sweaty class that moves at a steady pace and includes intermediate posture work. Variations will be given to suit varying levels of practitioners.

Level 2 Vinyasa Flow:

These classes will move at a steady pace suitable for intermediate to advanced students. Classes will include advanced posture work including arm balances and inversions.

Yin Yoga:

Often called the quiet practice Yin yoga is deep and meditative. Sequences of floor based, long held postures work to release tightness and shorting of the deeper connective tissues within the body while focus is directed into the full experience of each moment.

**Due to the nature and focus of Yin Yoga, it is not appropriate for pregnant woman or those with recent muscle strain or joint injury.

Restorative Yoga:

This class is suitable for all levels. Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga where props are used to support the body in restful poses. This nurturing practice focuses on restoring the central nervous system and promotes conscious relaxation.

Meditation & Pranayama:

These 1 hour morning classes will offer a mix of seated meditation, pranayama (breath work), simple movement and/restorative postures, and uplifting yoga philosophy. No experience is necessary. Instruction will be provided.
