Please arrive early for class so as to guarantee a spot and allow you sufficient time to settle yourself before class begins

Be sure to choose a class that is appropriate to your level of experience, if you are unsure what is appropriate please ask

Please turn of your cell phone, or switch it to vibrate, when entering the studio

If you do arrive late please enter quietly so as not to disturb others during centering and beginning meditation.

Please alert the teacher to any health concerns that may affect your practice such as recent injuries, pregnancy, or chronic conditions before class begins

Yoga is best enjoyed in bare feet, (shoes can be left downstairs at the front entrance to the studio), and on an empty stomach (2-3 hours after a large meal)

If you must leave a class early please let the teacher know ahead of time

If you use a studio mat please take a moment to wipe it clean after use with the mat spray provided
