Experience, Inspiring Teachers: I am inspired over and over again by the dedication, support, love and tallent of all the local teachers at Coastal Bliss. My personal practice and teaching is strongly influenced by Anusara, Ashtanga, and Iyengar yoga.

I enjoy yoga because…It’s fun, it puts a smile on my face and is my heart’s delight. I practice yoga as a way to know all aspects of myself more fully. Every time I step onto my mat I get to realize, express, engage, celebrate, strengthen, release and share a different aspect of myself. I enjoy yoga because it continually asks me to search deeper and answer the question: How much more fully can you live and love this life.

Coastal Bliss is… that revitalizing energy you feel from the ocean breeze on your skin, the sense of calm that comes from floating in the ocean’s current, the gratitude that builds in your heart when walking along the forrest floor among giants and elders. Coastal Bliss is the essence of Being in Clayoquot Sound.

Health/ wellness for me is…being sensitive you the needs of your body-mind. It craves balance and will tell you what it needs. We just need to become refined listeners.
