Experience, Inspiring Teachers: I am profoundly indebted to all the amazing teachers of Yoga I have been fortunate enough to study with and am continually inspired by their depth of knowledge and commitment to the path of Yoga. It is my deepest intention as a teacher to pass on that same inspiration to my own students.
I teach Yoga because… I believe in it’s power to heal and transform. This belief is rooted in personal experience and is renewed through daily practice.
It is one of my greatest joys, and deepest honors, to share this practice with others so that they too can access the vast reservoir of strength, creativity, contentment, happiness, and true peace that lies within them.
Coastal Bliss sums up in two perfect words the fantastic lifestyle we are able to enjoy here in the awesome little town of Tofino. And now with the addition of a real live yoga studio living here just got better!
A commitment to health and wellness in is an integral part of my life as without it I am not able to live fully. I have always found the pursuit of wellness to be a fun and joyful adventure in finding balance.
My philosophical outlook is…Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu….May all beings everywhere be happy and free… and may I in my efforts contribute to that happiness and that freedom for all.
