ANUSARA YOGA with SPECIAL GUEST INSTRUCTOR

Join us for an All Levels evening class with Certified Anusara Yoga instructor Noah Maze. Noah comes to us from Southern California enroute to teach a weekend of yoga in Vancouver–experience Noah in a small intimate setting at Coastal Bliss Yoga in Tofino.
All Levels Welcome!
Date: Tuesday July 20th
Time: 5-7pm
Cost: $25 (pre-registration recommended, space is limited)

Shiva Shakti and the Healing Currents of Grace: Anusara Yoga Workshop with Robin Golt

Join us for a full weekend of Anusara yoga in beautiful Tofino with certified teacher Robin Golt at Coastal Bliss Yoga studio.

Date: June 25, 26 & 27, 2010

Entire Weekend Cost: $250.00

Robin Golt was Canada’s first certified Anusara Yoga teacher and has been studying with John Friend, Anusara yoga’s founder, since 1993. She has played a key role in the growth of Anusara in Canada over many years, and is committed to supporting the harmonious development of Anusara in communities in this country.

Space is limited and will be kept to a certain number to ensure an intimate workshop experience with Robin.
