Join the Coastal Bliss Yoga Studio teachers for a 4-week yoga series designed for the absolute beginner.
This course will give you a basic knowledge of the foundational yoga postures and principles so that you can confidently attend drop in yoga classes. Each class will be taught by a lead teacher and assisted by at least one other teacher so that every student gets lots of personal attention.

Come learn the basics of Hatha Yoga practice with experienced local teachers Natalie Rousseau and Pascale Froment of Coastal Bliss Yoga Studio. We’ll give you the skills and the confidence needed to begin a regular practice of yoga just in time for Spring.
