Community Yoga

Saturday, October 30th, 2010

You may be reading our schedule and thinking: What is Community Yoga?, Is it only for the Community or some sort of club? Why is it cheaper than other classes?

Community Yoga is our way of making yoga available to as many people as possible. A 1 hour class open to locals and visitors; all levels of yoga whether it’s your first time or you practice regularly. Usually this class will be taught by our new teachers who are gaining experience through teaching you.  Reduced price:  Donate between $5-10 (pay what you can) or you can pay with your class pass card too.

In the future we may also use this class time to bring a specific focus to a class. These classes will be posted ahead of time, please check back for Community Yoga specialty classes.

This week:

Tuesday November 2nd – class taught by new teacher Nicole Walford

Thursday November 4th – class taught by new teacher Nicole Walford

next week:

Tuesday November 9th – class taught by new teacher Nicole Walford

Thursday November 11th – class taught by new teacher Nicole Walford

Come support our new teachers and do yoga for only 5-10 dollars!

Coastal Bliss Yoga Studio makes the paper!!

check out the article by Yasmin Aboelsaud at Westerly News

“I’m so grateful to all you that have contributed to the birth of Coastal Bliss Yoga and the continued support! I would also like to show my gratitude to the other spaces in town who continue to provide a home for the yoga community in the past, present and future! Thanks to the teachers who have committed and built up the yoga community that we know and love today. Thanks to all the wonderful students who inspire us everyday…”

love and appreciation,

- Pascale
