Robin Golt was Canada’s first certified Anusara Yoga teacher and has been studying with John Friend, Anusara yoga’s founder, since 1993. She has played a key role in the growth of Anusara in Canada over many years, and is committed to supporting the harmonious development of Anusara in communities in this country.

Space is limited and will be kept to a certain number to ensure an intimate workshop experience with Robin.
