Coastal Bliss ~ Tofino's Yoga Studio

Happy New Year Everyone! We have a new schedule as of today, January 1st, and it will run through till the end of March. We have also welcomed some new teachers on as subs and on the weekly schedule.  Please take a look at the schedule to familiarize yourself with the changes, some of which are;

• Mondays 8:45-9:45am Indoor BeachFit with Jae Lazar
• Monday 10-11:30 Level 1 Vinyasa Flow with Roslyn Bradford
• All Power Yoga Classes are now 1 hour long
• Mariah will now be teaching Mondays at 5:30 and Wednesdays at 7:30
• Dawn Batenchuk will now be teaching Mondays at 7:30-8:30 pm

As well please note that many of the teachers at Coastal Bliss will be taking vacation through January so it is a good idea to check the Cancellations & Changes page to familiarize yourself with any schedule changes through January.

Come join Nicole Walford and Duncan Booth for an evening of mixed level dynamic Vinyasa flow class set to LIVE music. Duncan will be creating energizing soundscapes to inspire and unify breath and movement while Nicole guides you through a fluid heart-centered practice, guiding you through a full spectrum flow.

Times: Friday June 10th 7:30-9pm

Location: Coastal Bliss Yoga studio

Cost: $15

Wednesday evening class at 7:15-8:45pm with Natalie is now a level 2 Vinyasa Flow class instead of Level 3.

This Level 2 Vinyasa flow class is suitable for strong beginners or Intermediate level students. Students should expect to work at a steady pace and be comfortable with the basic poses. Inversions and arm balances will be included in every class.
