Join Jeff and Harmony Lichty for a weekend of all levels Ashtanga Yoga.

Date: September 18 + 19, 2010

Time: Saturday 11am-2pm, Sunday 8:30am-10:30am & Sunday 1pm-3pm

Cost: Full workshop $165 or $150 before September 1st (prices include HST)

or pay for individual 2hr classes $55-70
