Coastal Bliss ~ Tofino's Yoga Studio

Mariah Armstrong, who has been teaching at Coastal Bliss since Febuary 2010 will be leaving Tofino for the winter.

Her last class will be Sunday October 31st. It will be free or by donation Level 1 Hatha class. Please check back for details on any class changes starting November 1st. We will do our best to maintain the schedule as is, but 1 or 2 classes may need to be canceled for the winter.

We wish you the best Mariah and will miss you at the studio!

Starting Tuesday Sept 7th at 7:30pm:

Mariah’s Hatha Level 1 with Reflective Writing

For the month of September Mariah will be adding a reflective writing component to her Hatha Level 1 class on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm. To achieve maximum benefits of the writing element attendance to all 4 classes would be ideal, however it is not absolutely necessary. Bring a pen and a notebook. See you there!
