Congratulations to all of you that just completed the Intro to Yoga course with Natalie Rousseau!
It was a great experience for me to have the pleasure of meeting all of you and assisting throughout the 5 weeks. I was amazed at the progress from week 1 to week 5. Hopefully you all feel you have an understanding of the foundational poses and sequencing of a yoga class.
Now that you have a discount coupon to buy a pass at the studio, hope to see you soon in the drop in classes and maybe a workshop or two.
