California Bliss

Friday, January 15th, 2010

Spending the weekend immersing myself in the teachings of Ayurveda. Here I am in California, where in my mom’s garden, fall seems to linger into January and there is no sign of winter. What a treat!

India’s traditional, natural system of medicine that has been practiced for more than 5,000 years.
